As part of an effort to continually deliver the best care and coverage experience for our members, Kaiser Permanente is updating features and navigation on kp.org and our app.

With these changes to kp.org and our app, members can expect a newly modernized digital experience, and will be able to:

• Access the latest online features more quickly
• Enjoy all the same self-service tools they already use
  
• Securely link medical records from outside providers who use MyChart by Epic so they can now view all their health information in one place. This makes it easier for members when traveling away from home or receiving care from affiliated providers who also use MyChart.
  

The new experience will start rolling out in the Mid-Atlantic States in September 2024 and is scheduled to be implemented in all Kaiser Permanente areas in 2025.
