Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Northwest, Inc. (KFHPNW) producer compensation focuses on rewarding long-term partnership with our producer partners. We maintain a compensation program that is market competitive while maintaining a focus on affordability for our members.
Small Group New Sales Bonus
Active: 9/1/23 – 1/1/24
Opportunity: Dependent on number of small groups sold with Kaiser Permanente medical and/or dental coverage during the applicable time. Earn a one-time bonus of $10, $50, or $65 per member when you sell a new group of 20+ members.
Dual Choice Bonus
Active: 4/1/23 – 1/1/24
Opportunity: Earn up to $7,500
New Sales Engagement Bonus
Active: 4/1/23 – 11/30/23
Opportunity: Earn up to $1,000
Experience KP Bonus - Existing Customer
Active: 5/1/23 – 11/30/23
Opportunity: Earn up to $1,000
KPIF Bonus
Active: 7/1/23 – 12/31/23
Opportunity: Dependent on KPIF book of business with Kaiser Permanente during the applicable time period. Earn a one-time bonus of $30/member when you enroll 30+ new members on a KPIF plan.
Commissions
KFHPNW pays commission for large commercial groups as a percent of premium and a fixed per-member per month for all small commercial groups. Please refer to the appropriate compensation plan listed above or your large group rate proposal for specific details. Producer compensation may also include payments resulting from other bonus/incentive programs offered by KFHPNW.
Incentives
Please refer to the appropriate compensation plan listed above for specific details and qualifications for annual incentive programs.
Additional or special compensation
Producers may qualify for additional or special compensation. Please refer to the above bonus programs or any specific agreements for detailed information.
Producers and consultants shall disclose to their clients all commissions and other payments made to them by KFHPNW and Kaiser Permanente Insurance Company in compliance with all legal requirements.
