Beginning June 3, 2024, The Portland Clinic will no longer be an in-network provider. Until that date, members can continue receiving care at The Portland Clinic.

Delivering high-quality, affordable care for members is one of Kaiser Permanente’s chief concerns. After careful consideration between our two organizations, we were unable to come to an agreement on reimbursement rates that supports Kaiser Permanente’s focus on delivering affordability for our customers and members.

Throughout 2023, we have continued to increase care access points through hiring initiatives, improved work processes, and expanded technology, and we are committed to providing a seamless experience transitioning members' care to Kaiser Permanente.
