Virtual Complete™ plans

With a Kaiser Permanente Virtual CompleteTM plan, your employees can get affordable, high-quality, personalized care in a variety of ways. They have flexibility in how they choose to get care — taking full advantage of our many no-cost virtual care options while still having access to in-person primary care whenever they need it.

New for 2024! Complete Suite portfolio additions

  • Fertility, optical, and hearing aids: We’ve added fertility, optical, and hearing aid options to our Complete Suite portfolio. Review our Supplemental Benefits flyer to see a full list of ancillary options that can be paired with our Complete Suite medical plans.
  • New Virtual Complete plan: A new Virtual Complete plan with a lower deductible has been added to the portfolio. Plan 16019/16020 has a $1,500 deductible, a $30 copay for primary care (first 3 visits are not subject to deductible), and a $15 copay for generic drugs.

  • New coinsurance-based HMO: A new HMO Low Coinsurance plan has been added to Complete Suite. Plan 16072/16073 has a $35 primary care copay and 20% plan coinsurance.

Rate quotes for new purchasers

To request a rate quote for a new purchaser, your account representative will need the following information:

  • A complete census of all eligible employees — not just those who currently have coverage. Your list needs to include the following for each employee and dependent:
    • Age
    • Sex
    • Dependent status
    • ZIP code
  • Employer contribution levels
  • Current and requested benefits (if different)
  • Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code or description of industry or business
  • Competitive data about other health plans offered by the purchaser. This could include:
    • Product lines and plan design, including copays and deductibles
    • Coinsurance levels and out-of-pocket maximums
    • Complete rates by tier, including guarantees
